Dr. Pat Calcagno

Founder and CEO of Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, Saint Charles office

Dr. Pat Calcagno received his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, and his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University. Dr. Pat has been in private practice for the past 15 years, and has served as the team doctor for the Chicago Blaze Rugby and the Northwest Woodsman Rugby Club. He currently serves as team physician for Glenbard North High School Men’s Wrestling Team. Dr. Pat’s area of expertise is functional training and fitness. His hobbies include weight training, rugby, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife and children. Dr. Pat is involved in coaching his children in youth athletics. Dr. Pat is married to Julie and has 4 children: Nicholas, Quinn, Anna, and Ryan.


Dr. Michael Calcagno

Clinic Director at Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, Elmhurst office

Dr. Michael Calcagno received his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, and his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University. During his studies at Bowling Green, Dr. Mike was an all-conference linebacker for the Falcons. Dr. Mike serves as the team doctor for York High School cross country and track team, as well as the strength advisor and assistant coach for the Immaculate Conception High School football. Dr. Mike specializes in speed & strength training young athletes and pediatric health care. His hobbies include rugby, coaching high school athletics, and exercising with his wife Dawn. Dr. Mike and Dawn have five children: Kennedy Jane, Michael Lowden, Foley Gehrig, Hayden Marie and Pasquale.


Dr. Joshua Younce

Clinic Director at Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, Bartlett office

Dr. Josh Younce received his bachelor degree in human biology from Shawnee State University, and his doctorate of chiropractic from The National University of Health Sciences. During his undergraduate studies, Dr. Josh played varsity baseball for Carson Newman College and Shawnee State University, as well as becoming a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Josh specializes in physical rehabilitation and strength training. His hobbies include playing baseball, golf, weight training, and spending time with his wife Cheri, his daughter Sydney Paige and his son Jackson Finley.


Dr. Daniel J Gerwig

Clinic Director & Physician, Sycamore

Dr. Daniel J Gerwig has been practicing Chiropractic medicine in the western suburbs of Chicago for the past 12 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor of science in Human Biology at the National University of Health Sciences and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in 2001 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Dan serves as the clinic director of Olympia DC & PT (Sycamore) and has been passionate about sports, as a youth and young adult he played Baseball, Basketball, Football and Golf and has been active in the treatment of athletes of all levels throughout his Chiropractic career. He has attended many post graduate seminars and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified golf fitness specialist.


Dr. John Jevitz

Chiropractic Physician, Elmhurst

Dr. Jevitz graduated from Augustana College in 1982 then furthered his studies graduating from National College of Chiropractic in 1987. Dr. Jevitz has served as a chiropractor for the Chicago Wolves for eleven years, the Chicago Rush for six years and has worked with the Chicago Fire and many other teams, including the Chicago Blackhawks in the past.In his free time, Dr. Jevitz serves on the board of the Ray Graham Association for People with Disabilities Board of Directors. He is also a Tennis coach at Courts Plus Health Facility in Elmhurst. He resides in Elmhurst with his two boys John and Jake.


Dr. Justin Taylor

Chiropractic Physician, Park Ridge

Dr. Justin Taylor received his bachelor degree in biology from Illinois State University, and his doctorate of chiropractic from The National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Justin has always been passionate about chiropractic and physical therapy from his involvement with soccer and baseball. Dr. Justin is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practioner and is certified in Acupuncture. He serves as the clinic director of Olympia DC & PT in Park Ridge. Dr. Justin lives in Edison Park with his wife, Amanda and their daughter Emma. He enjoys playing softball, golf and working out.


Dr. David Pollitz

Chiropractic Physician, Elmhurst

Dr. David Pollitz received his Bachelor’s degree in 2008 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Pollitz was born and raised in Elmhurst, IL and enjoys being back in his hometown to treat his patients. He is certified in RockTape kinesiology taping, Acupuncture, and has completed training in the McKenzie Method. His hobbies include spending time with his family, playing soccer, hunting, and fishing. Dr. Pollitz’s wife, Teresa, is a critical care nurse at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Together they have two sons, Joshua and Brian.


Dr. Hassan Baqir

Chiropractic Physician, Downers Grove

Dr. Hassan Baqir received his bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois at Chicago in Kinesiology and Nutrition, and his doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Iowa. Dr. Hassan has always been passionate about chiropractic and physical therapy from his involvement in football and track. He continues to play cricket in the Midwest region while serving as the team physician for Villa Park Cricket Club. His motto is that difficult is achieved easily, it’s the impossible that takes a little longer.


Dr. Niklaus Gabany

Chiropractic Physician, St. Charles

Dr. Niklaus Gabany received his Bachelor of Science degree & Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Nic brings enthusiasm and passion to the Olympia team. He specializes in shoulder injuries and works with a number of athletes in our St. Charles location. In 2004 Dr. Nic was recognized by the Boys Scouts of America with the honor of Eagle Scout.


Dr. Kevin Allibone

Chiropractic Physician, Elmhurst

Dr. Kevin Allibone joined the Elmhurst Olympia team in 2016, after receiving his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During his undergraduate study at Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) he played collegiate football and rugby, as well as continuing his rugby career at Palmer College. Kevin loves working with young athletes and strives to push them toward achieving a high level of function.


Dr. Tushar Rawalji

Chiropractic Physician, Bartlett

A native Chicagoan, Dr. Tushar Rawalji D.C., is an experienced chiropractor who brings enthusiasm, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare with the Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy team. After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Tushar went on to earn his doctorate of chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. While in school, he developed an interest in preventative medicine that allows him to help patients overcome health challenges by using their own body’s healing potential. Outside of working with his patients, Dr. Tushar enjoys reading, watching movies, working out and most importantly spending time with his wife and two daughters.


Dr. Brett Rappenecker

Chiropractic Physician, Bartlett

Dr. Brett Rappenecker was first introduced to chiropractic for persistent ear infections when he was 5 years old. From then on, he has been a lifelong chiropractic patient. Dr. Brett was born in Burlington, Iowa and went to school at Western Illinois University where he received his bachelors’ in Science in Athletic Training. He then pursued his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic. Chiropractic has helped Dr. Brett stay at the top of his game with athletics, weightlifting, and life as well. He enjoys working with people of all ages from infants to the elderly. He specializes in athletics with his background and continues to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to elite level competitors. He strives to help people reach their peak potential physically while striving to put the human body in the best position it can be in, overcoming anything.

Joel Anderson, PT

Bartlett, St. Charles, Sycamore

Joel Anderson is the head of the physical therapy department at Olympia Bartlett. He has been with Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy for the past five years. He specializes in neuromuscular re-education and certified in PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). Joel educates his patient’s in a holistic wellness approach to optimizing health and function. He enjoys exercises and spending time with his wife and three sons.


Mary Clare Reardon, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Elmhurst

Mary Clare Reardon graduated in May of 2011 with her undergraduate degree in Advertising from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mary Clare then went on to graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the College of Health Sciences at Marquette University in May of 2013. Mary Clare was born in raised in Elmhurst, IL and enjoys being back in her home town to start her career. She also enjoys traveling, reading, staying active on the prairie path and following Marquette Basketball and the Chicago Bears.


Graeme Jarrell, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Elmhurst

Grew up in East Grand Rapids, Michigan and went to college at Elmhurst College. While at Elmhurst he played 4 years of Division III football, where he played Wide Receiver and Running Back. He graduated with an Exercise Science degree in 2010, and Graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2015. Graeme currently is living in Chicago and working in the Elmhurst clinic. He enjoys lifting weights, running, playing football, basketball, golf, reading, playing guitar, and many other outdoor activities.


Danielle Hetman, PTA

Bartlett

Danielle Hetman has been with the Olympia Bartlett team for the past ten years. She received her PTA degree from College Of Dupage. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages, striving to get the most out of each patient she works with. She is an active bikini body competitor and enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband.


Greg Henry, PTA

St. Charles

Greg Henry is the head of the physical therapy department at Olympia St. Charles. He received his Bachelor in Science from Elmhurst College (Elmhurst, IL) while playing collegiate soccer for the Blue Jays. Greg received his degree as a PTA in 2014. Greg continues to play competitive soccer and work with young athletes on the importance of function and body mechanics. He enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.


Matt Ng, PTA

Bartlett

Matt has been with the Olympia Bartlett team for the past five years. Matt attended Northern Illinois University where he played collegiate football for Huskies. Matt received his degree as a PTA in 2016 and continues to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He enjoys exercise, weight-lifting, and spending time with his wife and daughter.


Kyle Pollitz, PTA

Sycamore

Kyle Pollitz received his Associate in Science, Associate in Physical Therapy, and became a licensed physical therapist assistant through Fox College in Tinley Park, Illinois in 2016. Kyle grew up with a passion for sports, which inspired him to pursue his career in physical therapy. Kyle uses a multitude of manual techniques combined with therapeutic exercises and stretches to help patients reach their full potential. His interests include; working out, obstacle courses, playing soccer, and attending concerts.


Erin Blazek, ATC

Bartlett

Erin Blazek is the head of Athletic Training department at Olympia Bartlett. She received her Bachelors in Athletic Training for Aurora University, where she competed as a heptathlete Spartans. She has a passion for working with young athletes of all skill levels. She currently competes on a national level as an Olympic style weightlifter.

Alex Torres, ATC

Alex Torres is the newest member of the Athletic Training department for the Olympia team. He received his Bachelor of Science – Athletic Training from Aurora University (Aurora, IL). While attending Aurora University he was part of the intercollegiate track team. He has a passion for learning and working with athletes of all skill levels. Alex was honored by the Boys Scouts Of America as an Eagle Scout in 2008.

Katie Van Eynde, LMT

Katie Van Eynde received her massage therapy certification from Cortiva Institute (Woodridge, IL) in 2011. She is certified in prenatal massage, hot stone massage, dry cupping therapy, and Reiki as well as a certified yoga instructor. Katie is also a published author, having written her first book, “Motive Your Magnetic Mind.”
